Our work is needed to transform raster images into vector files. That makes visuals suitable for printing, and branding. All of our services are manually done.
Placing an Order
To begin a project, you need to provide:
- Source image files
- Project instructions
- Contact information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. Inaccuracies resulting from incomplete project details may affect delivery times and final results.
Source Files
The quality of the final vector artwork depends a lot on the quality of the files provided. We put our best effort to recreate logos and graphics as accurately as possible. Low-resolution, blurry, distorted, damaged, and incomplete source files limit the amount of detail that can be recovered.
In some orders, portions of an image may need to be manually recreated based on professional judgment when original details are not clearly visible.
Project Pricing
Project pricing depends on:
- Image complexity
- Number of design elements
- Required editing work
- Delivery timeframe
- Custom requests
- Image quantity
Prices displayed on the website represent starting rates. It’s not the final project cost. Custom quotes will be provided based on turnaround time, recreation complexity, and special requirements.
Revisions and Adjustments
If revisions are needed due to errors and misunderstandings related to the original project requirements, reasonable corrections will be provided after delivery.
Additional revisions, redesign requests, new image additions, and new changes that are different from the original order will require additional charges.
Revision requests should be submitted within 3 days after receiving the completed files.
Delivery of Completed Files
Completed projects are delivered through email, download links, client portals, and any other approved digital methods.
Delivery times provided during the ordering process are estimates. It depends on:
- Project complexity
- File quality
- Communication delays
- Revision requests
- Unexpected technical issues
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed in every situation.
Ownership of Submitted Artwork
You have all the ownership of your artwork, logos, and images. By sending your files to us, you confirm that:
- You own the artwork,
- You have the legal right to authorize modifications, conversions, or recreations.
Vector Logo Conversion does not claim ownership of your brand assets.
Copyright and Trademark Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use, reproduce, modify, and convert any submitted artwork.
We do not verify ownership of logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, and brand assets submitted by clients.
Any legal disputes that come from unauthorized use of copyrights, remain the specific responsibility of the customer.
Acceptable Use
Our services may not be used for projects that involve:
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent purposes
- Copyright image
- Trademark violations
- Offensive content
- Content that violates applicable laws
We reserve the right to refuse service for projects that we believe violate these standards.
Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be considered.
If the work has already been completed, refunds won’t be available.
Each cancellation request is reviewed individually based on project status.
Refund Considerations
Our services involve manual effort for each customer. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed once production has begun.
We encourage customers to contact us so that reasonable solutions, revisions, and corrections can be discussed.
Refund decisions are evaluated based on the circumstances of each project.
Limitation of Liability
Vector Logo Conversion shall not be liable for:

- Loss of profits

Our total liability related to any project shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service involved.
